Charges of GBH and affray are to be dealt with at crown court following an alleged incident in Tenby.
Twenty-six-year-old Ashleigh Palfreyman, of Pen Isa Coed, St Thomas, Swansea, is accused of inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent and using or threatening violence which would cause people to fear for their safety.
The incident is alleged to have taken place in Tenby on June 30.
No pleas were entered when Palfreyman, appeared at Haverfordwest magistrates court on Tuesday, and the court entered not guilty pleas on his behalf.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction, and Palfreyman will next appear at Swansea crown court on March 29.
He was released on unconditional bail.
