Pennar Community Church recently congratulated their pastor, Rev. Roger Hart on completing 40 years service in the christian ministry.

Roger commenced his ministry at Macken and then took up pastorships in Canada, Cowdenbeath, Cardiff, and Worcester, before coming to serve the church at Bethany (now Pennar Community Church) in Pembroke Dock in 2000.

To commemorate the occasion, a celebration lunch was held at Pembroke Dock Golf Club when 44 members and friends enjoyed an excellent lunch prepared and served by Jan and her staff.

Longstanding friend Rev. John Hayward spoke appreciatively and affectionately of Roger and his many years of christian service.
