The 3rd Tenby Brownies celebrated the end of term with a trip to the Dinosaur Park last month.

The Brownies and the Guiders all had a great day, walking round the Dinosaur Trail and then spending a few hours on the rides, and finishing with a lovely ice cream before they went home.

This was the culmination of a very good couple of terms since they started the year in January, and have started to participate in the new program that Brownies have set up.

The trip was also the celebration of 30 years with the pack for ‘Snowy Owl’ Kay Dagger.

“On November 1, 2018 I celebrated 30 years as a Brownie Guider, and had previously decided that when I reached my 30th anniversary, I would retire and I therefore took the pack through to the summer term,” said Kay.

“I would like to take this opportunity to say a very big thank you to all the parents over that period of time who have given me the chance to meet and guide their girls.

“It has been a very great pleasure to meet each and every one of them and through guiding I have made some very great lifelong friends that are special to me now and forever.

“I would also like to wish the 3rd Tenby Brownies and their new leaders all the very best with their future and with the next steps in making new history. Thank you all,” added Kay.
